Brown and Mason has been established for over 50 years, during which time we have been responsible for successfully completing numerous demolition and asbestos removal contracts of all types throughout the UK and Europe.  Our experienced, in-house, estimating and planning staff are always available to offer free, confidential budgetary advice on costing, programming and methodology.

We are able to advise on the most effective way to approach demolition and regeneration of commercial, domestic or industrial sites, whatever their size or location and whether they are derelict or currently in use.  We are also able to utilise value management techniques to optimise demolition phasing and value for money.

Where relevant (eg Industrial Projects) we are able to provide realistic and accurate estimates for asset recovery credit sums to be offset against demolition costs.
